AbstractAs China's economytransitions towards high-quality development，cultivating highly skilled talents embodying the spiritofcraftsmanshiphas become a pivotal task forvocationaleducation.Currently，numerous issues exist intheimplementationoflaboreducationinvocationalcollges，leadingtoinsuffcienteffectiveness incutivatingthespirit ofcraftsmanship.Basedonthe inherentcoupling betweenthe spiritof craftsmanshipand labor education，this article systematically analyzes its contemporary connotation and practical dilemmas. It proposes improvement paths from topleveldesign，curriculumreconstructionteacherdevelopment，ndustry-ducationintegration，andevaluationinovation， in order to promote the deep integration ofthe spirit of craftsmanshipand labor education in vocational colleges.This provides theoretical and practical support for cultivating skilled talents who are both virtuous and skiled in the new era.
