Exploring the Teaching Reform Path of International Finance Discipline Construction:

Based on the Perspective of Global Change and Interdisciplinary Integration

AbstractUnder the dual driving forceof accelerated restructuring ofthe global financial system and technological innovation, international finance teaching faces a systematic challenge of a disconnect between theoryand practice. This study is based on the perspective ofglobal change and interdisciplinary integration,and proposes asystematic improvement path inresponse to the urgent demand for composite talents in the industry:reconstructing the dynamic knowledge matrix,integrating issues such as digital RMB and interoperability of central bank digital currencies; Innovative teaching methods, utilizing technology to conduct scenario based training,and strengthening students' interdisciplinary decision-making abilities; Reforming the asessment system,replacing mechanical assessments with case studies and team tasks,aims to cultivate high-quality financial talents with a global perspective and the ability to solve complex problems.
