Research on the Innovation of Accounting Professional Teaching Model in Technician Colleges under the Guidance of Professional Literacy

AbstractWith the rapid development of China's economyand the continuous upgrading ofindustrial structure, the demand for high-quality skilled talents in society is increasing dayby day. As the main batlefield forcultivating technical and skiled talents,vocationalcolleges urgentlyneed toreformtheir accounting teaching mode.Thearticle elaborates onthe connotationofprofessionalcompetence ofaccounting students intechnicalcolleges,andanalyzes the main problems in the teaching of accounting majors in technical collges in China,such as the disconnection between teaching content and professional competence requirements,single teaching methods, insuficient professional competenceandteaching abilityofteachers,and inadequate cooperation mechanisms betweenschools and enterprises. In response to the above isues,the article proposes specific reform strategies in order to provide useful references for the training of accounting professionals in technical colleges.
