Exploration on the "Nursing + Psychology" Integration Model in Nursing Education from an Interdisciplinary Perspective

AbstractInthe context of the transformationof modern medical concepts,patients have dual psychological and physiologicalneeds fornursingservices,whiletraditionalnursingeducationisdificulttomeetpatients'needsdue to weakpsychologicalcoursesanddisconnectionfrompractice.This studyfocuses onaninterdisciplinaryperspective and explores the integrationmodelof "nursing+psychology".Based on thecoreconceptofpatient-centeredandability oriented,afusion framework covering currculumsystem,practicalteaching,teaching staff,andevaluationsystemis designed.Aphased implementationpath is formulated,supplemented bypolicies,resources,and quality monitoring measures,aiming to improve thequalityof nursing educationand cultivatecomprehensive nursing talents with both physiological and psychological nursing abilities to meet the needs ofthe medical industry in the new era.
