AbstractCollge student education management isacore link in improving the qualityof talentcultivation and promoting thecomprehensive development of students.However，thecurrent management model stillhas problems such as emphasizing standardization over individuality，a single evaluation system，and insufficient management efciency.Tothisend，universitiescanoptimizestudenteducationmanagementbasedontheOBEconcept，implement personalized education management by clarifying achievement goals;Implement divisionof responsibilities and promote the mechanismofeducatingallstaff;Establishadiversified evaluationsystemand improve thecomprehensive quality evaluation system to achieve scientific management and comprehensive development of students.
