AbstractTheimplementationoftheRegional ComprehensiveEconomic Partnership （RCEP）has injectednewimpetus into trade and investmentcooperationamong membercountries.The expansionofthe cross-bordere-commerce industry withintheregionhasalsoraised newdemands forthecultivationofcross-bordere-commerce talents in vocational colleges.Basedonthemarketdemandforcros-bordere-commerce talentswithintheregion，thisarticleanalyzesthemain issuesinthecultivationofcrossbordere-commerce majors in vocationalcollegesandproposes targeted talentcultivation ideasin termsofcuriculumsystem，industryeducationntegration，practical trainngconstruction，teachertraing，and evaluation system，to facilitate the industrial upgrading in the RCEP region.
