AbstractPromoting the scientific construction ofprofesional groups from the perspective of modern apprenticeship is of great practical significance for creating a vocational education system with Chinese characteristics that serves national strategies and local development.Based on the connotation of Chinese characteristics apprenticeship，this paperanalyzes thesignificanceofprofesional groupconstruction in promoting the talentraining ofChinesecharacteristics apprenticeship，and proposes implementation strategies such as optimizing the structural systemofprofessonal groups， reconstructing school-enterprise collaboration mechanisms，and strengthening institutionalsupport and policysuport. It aims to promote the deep integrationofmodem apprenticeshipand professional groupconstruction，soas to enhance the systematicness and practicalityoftalent raining，and providea feasible path support for the developmentofmodern apprenticeship in the local context of China.
