Research on the Precise Employment Guidance Model for College Counselors in the Context of Big Data

AbstractWith the continuous development of big data technology，the role of counselors in collge employment guidance has become increasingly important.This paper analyzes the characteristics of big data andits empowering effect on counselors' precise employment guidance， discusses the main problems faced by college counselors in employment guidance，including insuficient data integration and analysis capabilities，vague role positioning of counselors，and insufcient personalization of employment guidance services.It further proposes specific measures to constructa preciseemployment guidance modelin the context of bigdata，including establishing adata integration platform，clarifying counselors'responsibilities，and providing customized employment guidance services.The study finds that with the help of big data technology，counselors can provide more personalized and precise employment services for students， thereby improving the efficiency and effectiveness of employment guidance.
