Analysis of Ideological and Political Work of College Counselors from the Perspective of "Three-Full Education"

Abstract In the current context of higher education reform，the concept of "Thre-Full Education" emphasizes comprehensive education，with afocus on educating students from allaspects，throughout the entireproces，and inall directions，inorder toachieve theiral-round development.Thearticleexplorestheroleandoptimizationstrategiesof counselors in thecontextofthe "Three-FullEducation"conceptbyanalyzingitscomotationandimpactontheideological and political work ofcollge counselors.The main measures proposed include strengthening mobilization， expanding scope，innovating methods，adhering to principles，and enhancing abilities to comprehensively improve thequalityof counselors'workandstudents'ideologicalandpolitical literacy，andpromote thedeeperandmore effctivedevelopment of ideological and political work in universities.
