Challenges and Countermeasures in the Work of Counselors for Art Majors in Vocational Colleges

AbstractVocational education plays an important role in the higher education system，and its art education has developedrapidly，providing alarge number of talents for the artfield.Art major students have unique personalities，but thereare problems inideologicaland politicaliteracy，collectiveconsciousness，andotheraspects，whichposechallenges to the work ofcounselors.The currnt work ofcounselors also faces problems such as unclear role positioning，difficulty in student management，and insufficient professional competence.To this end，the article proposes measures such as clarifying role positioning，strengthening student cadre management， innovating theorganizationand implementationof studentactivities，and enhancing the comprehensive literacyofcounselors themselves.Inthefuture，counselors need to pay atention to industry trends and student needs，constantly innovate work methods，and contributeto thecultivationof high-quality artistic talents.
