Three-Dimensional Model for Integrating Core Socialist Values into Civil Law Case Teaching

AbstractThis study focuses on the field ofcivil law case teaching，delving into the intrinsic connection between socialistcorevalues andcivillaw teaching.Itis found thatthe twoare closely linkedand mutuallreinforcing in erms of values and objectives.Based onthis，a three-dimensional model consisting of values，methods，and evaluation is constructed.Cases areselected withsocialistcore valuesastheguide，teachingis implementedthroughmulti-dimensional interactive teaching methods，andthe integratedeffctsare assessed throughmulti-dimensionalevaluations ofknowledge， ability，andemotion.Theaimis to enhance thequalityofcivillawteaching，cultivate talents withboth legalknowledge and correct values，and promote the construction of socialist rule of law.
