AbstractThis study explores the teaching reformpathofcomputermajor graduationdesign intheeraof generative AI，andconstructsathree-dimensional governance frameworkof "policyeducation technology"toachievethe twoway empowerment of human-machine collaboration and academic ethics.The pilot practice has shown that phased standardizedmanagementandeducational guidancecanimprove theeficiencyofauxiliarylinks，limittheintervention of AIincore links，andefectively enhance students'independent innovationability.Although falsepositives and technologicaldependenciesstillexist，theeffectivenessofthe "norm+education+technology"strategyinbalancingAI empowerment and academic integrity has been validated through dynamic policy iterationand interdisciplinary collaboration to optimize detection algorithms.
