Research on the Construction of Micro-environment for Cultivating Innovative Graduate Talents in Local Universities

AbstractAgainst the backdrop of anew round of scientific and technological revolution and the transformative developmentofhigher education，postgraduate education is undergoing a fundamental shiftfrom a knowledge-oriented to an innovation-oriented cultivation model. As an important part of China's postgraduate education system，local universities shoulder crucial responsibilities in serving regional economic development and promoting technological innovation. However，due to limitations inresources and management systems，local universities stillface deficiencies in constructing a micro-environment that supports the growth of innovative talents.This paper analyzes the existing problems inthe constructionofthemicro-environment for cultivating inovativepostgraduate talents in curent local universities and proposes construction strategies from multiple aspects.The aim is to provide references for local universitiestoestablishascientific，systematic，andefficientcultivationecosystemforinnovativepostgraduatetalents.
