AbstractHuang Yanpei proposedthe famous educational theoryof "enabling the unemployed to have employment and enabling the employed to work happily"，emphasizing the educational principles of "combining hands and brains， integrating practiceandlearming"and"meetingsocialneedsand developing individuality"， whichwillhelpcultivate highqualityskilled talents in thenew era.Thearticleeffectivelyanalyzes theconnotationofHuang Yanpei's vocational education philosophy，andcombines it withthe actual teaching ofindustrial robots toexploreindetail the practicalteachingreform strategies guidedby Huang Yanpei's vocational educationphilosophy，including creating anew model of integrating engineering and strengthening skils through project driven approaches，aiming to enhance students' vocationalabilities and socialadaptability，andcontribute to the sustainable developmentof vocational education inthe new era.
