Detection Technology for Food Nutrition Components Based on Ultra-High Performance Liquid Chromatography
LI Jinkui, SONG Guijuan, SUN Xuefang, YANG Yakun (Shandong Xinjiaxiang Testing Technology Co.,Ltd.,Weifang 261ooo, China) Abstract: In this paper, the application of ultra-performance liquid chromatography (UPLC) technology in the detectionoffat-solublevitamins,water-solublevitamins,aminoacidsand functionalactive ingredients is analyzed, and thechallenges faced by this technology in practical application are discussed,such as insufficient capacity of testing personnel, complex equipment maintenance and limitations of a single technology,and some targeted suggestions are put forward to strengthen professonal training,optimize equipment management,and promote multitechnology co-use,in order to providea theoretical referencefor improving the efficiencyand accuracyof food nutrition testing.
