Abstract: As a tropical specialty fruit, the detection of nutritional components in pineapple is of great significance for quality evaluation,processng utilization,and market standardization.This paper analyzes the key problems existing inthedetection processfrom fourdimensions: technology,personnel,equipment,and enviroment, and proposes targeted optimization strategies.The aim is to provide atheoreticalreference for improving the accuracy of pineapple detection and perfecting the industry quality control system.
