Research on the Detection of Dipropofol Butyl in Tablet Candy, Solid Drinks, Substitute Tea and Jelly Based on High Performance Liquid Chromatography-Tandem Mass Spectrometry

Abstract: This paper establishes a method for the detectionof dipropofol butyl in tabletcandies,solid beverages, substitute tea and jelly by high performance liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry. Methanol was used as the extractant toextractthetarget substances inpressed candy,solid beveragesand substitute tea respectively.The substanceswere separated by a C18 chromatographic column ( 50mm×2.1 mm, 1.8μm ),detectedbytandemmass spectrometryand quantified bythe extermal standard method.Theresults show that the concentration of dipropofol butyl has a good linear relationship within the range of 2μg?L-1 to 100μg?L-1. ,and the correlation coefficient R2 is all above 0.999. The method detection limits were all 0.02mg.kg-1 ,and the quantification limits were all 0.05mg?kg-1 The recovery rate of spiked products ranged from 82.2% to 94.3% , and the relative standard deviations were all less than 10% . This method has good specificity, high sensitivity and wide application range,and can be used for the qualitative and quantitative determination of dipropofol butyl compound in the above-mentioned products.
