Abstract: The health food industry in China presents regional characteristics,with each province utilizing regional biological resources to develop distinctive health products based on diffrences in resource endowments. Especially in Yunnan province,with its abundant plant resources, it has developed regional characteristic health foods basedon typical raw materials such as Sanqi,Spirulina,and Pu'er tea.At the same time, quality control in the production process is the core of ensuring the qualityand safety of regional characteristic health food.This article takes Yunnan province as an example,focusing on the production process of regional characteristic health food, deeply analyzing the prominent problems and challenges in quality management of enterprises,and proposing countermeasures and suggestions to improve production quality.
