Problems and Countermeasures in Quality Control of Food Inspection and Testing

Abstract: With the continuous improvement of China's food safety supervision system, the quality control of inspectionand testing,as the technical basis for ensuring foodsafety,has become increasinglyimportant.This paper systematically analyzes the main problems existing in the current quality control work of food inspection and testing, including the key challenges such as the non-uniformity of testing standards and methods, insufficient equipment accuracyandcalibration,the lack of operational standardization of testing personnel,andthe low credibilityof data recording and reports. In response to these issues,systematic solutions such as establishing standardized testing procedures,strengthening equipment maintenance management, intensifying personnel skills training,and improving the data traceability mechanism have been proposed, withthe aimof effectively enhancingthe accuracyand reliability of testing data,providing more powerful technical support for foodsafetysupervision,andtruly ensuring public food safety.
