Abstract: With the rapid advancement of economic globalization and the rapid development of the food industry,the types offood have become increasingly rich and diverse,the food supplychain is complexand diverse, and various new types of food aditives and processng technologies keep emerging.To a certain extent, this can meet consumers’ increasingly diversified consumption demands,but atthe same time,it willalso pose unprecedented challenges to food inspection and testing work.Traditional food inspection,testing and technology have gradually exposed multiple problems such as low detection efficiency,limited detection range and insuffcient accuracy when facing these new situations,making it diffcult to meet the demandsoffood safetysupervision in the new era.To this end,it is necessary to fullyutilize the new quality productive forces to empower food safety inspectionand mprove the accuracy of food inspection and testing work.
