Study on Matrix Effects in the Determination of 25 Pesticide Residues in 10 Kinds of Fruits and Vegetables by QuEChERSGC-MS/MS Method

Abstract: The residues of 25 pesticides in 10 common fruits and vegetables were determined by QuecHERs-gas chromatography-massspectrometry.The magnitences of the matrix effects of different types of pesticides indifferent fruits and vegetables,the diffrences in matrix efects,andthe proportions of strong,medium and weak matrix effects were analyzed.The results show that the matrix effects of different fruit and vegetable matrices on the determination of 25 kinds of pesticide residues vary significantly.The recovery rates obtained atthe three spiked concentration levels of high, medium and low range from 60.0% to 120.5% . It is proved that the application of the matrix matching calibrationmethod can effectively reduce the effect of the matrix.
