Determination of 2O Pesticide Residues in Fruits and Vegetables by QuEChERS-Gas Chromatography-Mass Spectrometry

Abstract: In order to effctively monitor pesticide residues in fruits and vegetables and ensure food safety, a QuEChERS pretreatment combined with gas chromatography masspectrometry (GC-MS) method was established to detect pesticide residues in fruits and vegetables.Byoptimizing the extraction method of QuEChERS,adjusting the salt composition during extraction, the selection of purification adsorbent and chromatographic column of gas chromatography-mass spectrometry (GC-MS), temperature rising program, masspectrometry detection parameters, etc.,the eficient extraction and purification of pesticides in complex fruit and vegetable matrix were realized.In GC-MS analysis,the selective ion monitoring mode was used to carry out qualitative and quantitative analysis for the characteristic ions of each pesticide,which significantly improved the detection sensitivity and selectivity. The linear range,detection limit and limit of quantification of the method all meet the requirements of pesticideresidue detection. The recovery rate was 71.33%~114.00%. and the relative standard deviation was less than 13% , indicating that the method has good accuracy and precision. The method was applied to the actual detection of a variety of fruit and vegetable samples,and the pesticide residues in some samples were successfully detected and accurately quantified.It providesan efficient and reliable detection method for grass-roots detection institutions, and helps to strengthen the monitoring of pesticide residues in fruits and vegetables and ensure the food safety of consumers.
