Analysis on the Challenges and Governance Strategies of Fresh Product Supervision Based on Network Platforms

Abstract: As consumers’ purchasing power for online fresh products increases,the fresh food e-commerce marketis also expanding rapidly.However,while the rapid development of the fresh food e-commerce industry has brought convenience to consumers,it has also caused problems such as confusion in the food safety supervision chain,lackof platformresponsibilityand informationasymmetry,which endangers the healthofconsumers.This article will deeply explore the core contradictions and countermeasures offood safety risks in fresh foode-commerce from the dimensions of cold chain logistics,platform responsibility,and consumer rights protection, inorder to provide theoretical reference for improving the supervision mechanism.
