Current Situation and Development Suggestions of Mushroom Processing Industry in Chengde City

Abstract： This article focuses on the mushroom processing industry in Chengde city，Heibei province，analyzes the current situation， existing problems and puts forward development suggestions. At present， the cultivation and processing of shitake mushrooms in this city present aspatial layout of"one core and multiple points”，but there are problems such as uneven spatial distribution，single product structure， prominent technicalbotlenecks，and lagging brandbuilding.Basedonthis，itis proposed to formulateanindustrial development plan，intensifytheresearchand development of mushroom processing products， upgrade and transform existing processing enterprises as well as carry out integrated innovation，and strive to create a development trend of upstream and downstream，clustering and systematization， with theaimof promoting the integration of agriculture and tourism，and further strengthening policy and financial support to help the industry break through.
