Exploration of Rapid Inspection Measures for Food Safety in Fresh Stores and Supervision Effectiveness Improvement

Abstract: The rapid testing measures for food safety in fresh food stores and the improvement of regulatory efciency are important supports for ensuring the safetyofthe“vegetable basket".Through top-level design,Jiande city, Zhejiang province,has establisheda leading group, improvedoperational norms,equipped with multi-functional testing devices,and implemented“same standard supervision” for farmers’ markets and fresh food stores. In terms of capacity building,the skilsof personnel are strengthened through“theory+practical operation”training,the standardized processes of sampling,testing and reporting are optimized,and thecoloidal gold method is applied to improve the accuracyof testing.In terms of supervision,thecoverage willbe expanded,and acollaborative mechanism of“testing centers taking the leadand merchants cooperating”willbe established.Relying on data,risk early warning and social co-governance willbe improved.This modelcan effectively enhance the detection efficiency and regulatory initiative, providing a referenceable path for the safety supervision of fresh food.
