Common Quality and Safety Issues in Food Production Processes and Their Prevention and Control Measures

Abstract: This article analyzes the quality and safety issues that may exist in the entire food production process, such as raw material qualitydefects,production environment polution,regulatory system loopholes,lack of personnel management,and improper packaging and storage. It also proposes targeted prevention and control measures centered on supply chainmanagement optimization,digital technology application,and standardized operating specifications. It aims to provide theoretical reference and practical direction for improving the quality and safety level of food production by building a full-chain prevention and control system from source to terminal.
