Research on Optimizing of Citric Acid Primary Neutralization Process by Response Surface Method

Abstract: In order to improve the yield of tricalcium citrate,the effcts of reaction temperature,reaction time and rotation speed on the yield of tricalcium citrate were analyzed by single factor experiment,and the response surfacetest was used to optimize the citric acid primary neutralization process.The results showed that the optimal process parameters for citric acid primary neutralization were reaction temperature 65°C ,reaction time 24min and rotation speed 130rmin-1 . Under this process, the yield of tricalcium citrate was 98.67%
