Main Problems and Improvement Strategies in Pesticide Residue Detection of Vegetables and Fruits

Abstract: This paper systematically analyzes the problems existing in the detection of pesticide residues in vegetables and fruits,such as technical selection,personnelcapabilities,equipment managementand environmental control,and proposes targeted improvement countermeasures,including optimizing technical adaptation, strengthening personnel training, improving the equipment management system and promoting the application of digital environmental control measures, with the aim of providing theoretical references for improving the detection quality and ensuring food safety.
