Exploration on the Application of High Performance Liquid Chromatography in Pesticide Residue Detection of Edible Agricultural Products

Abstract： This paper analyzes the core advantages of applying high-performance liquid chromatography in the detection of pesticide residues in edible agriculturalproducts，including high separation effciency，strong sensitivity， fast analysis speedand wide application range.Meanwhile，the challnges it faces inapplication，such as technical limitations，complex sample pretreatment and high professional requirements for personnel， were discussed，and targeted optimization measures were proposed， with the aim of providing a theoretical reference for improving the accuracy of pesticide residue detection in edible agricultural products.
