Abstract: With the increasing public concern over food quality and safety,food quality control has become increasingly important.As an essntial means to ensure food safety,the accuracyand application strategiesof rapid detection technologies have become keyresearch areas.This paper delves into the factors influencing the accuracy ofrapid detection technologies in food qualitycontrol and provides a detailed analysisofthe application strategies of various rapid detection technologies,aiming to offer references for enhancing the level offood quality control.
