Preliminary Isolation and Screening of Antagonistic Endophytic Bacteria in Ginger

Abstract： Taking the rhizomes of ginger as the research object， the tisse block method was used to isolate and purifythe endophytic bacteria in the rhizomes of ginger.The filter paper disc method was used to conduct antibacterial experiments on five indicatorbacteria，namely Escherichia coli，Bacilussubtilis，Aspergillusniger， Staphylococcus aureus，and Saccharomyces cerevisiae.Atotal of 19 strains of endophytic bacteria in ginger were isolated in the experiment，and 13 strains of strains with different antagonistic properties were screened out by the filter paper disc method.
