Abstract: With the improvement of people's health awarenes, modern food safety standards to ensure food safety at the same time,to maintainthe nutrition offood atention is increasing.This paper analyzes the multi-faceted impact of modern food safety standards on nutrient retention and proposes targeted improvement strategies to ensure that the food industry maximizes nutrition retention and provides consumers with healthier food choices on the basis of meeting safety standards.
