Problems Existing in Quality Management of Food Inspection and Testing Institutions and Countermeasures

Abstract: Food inspection and testing is a necessary link to ensure food quality and avoid problem food entering the market,and it is also the basis for food inspection and testing institutions to carryout food safety management. At present, China's food presents adiversified trend,and food inspectionand testing institutions need toundertake a large number of testing tasks,among which the quality of inspection work willdirectly affct the accuracy and reliability of testresults.Based onthis,this paper sorts out the problems existing in thequality management of food inspectionand testing institutions,and puts forward solutions for practical problems,soas to providereference for the majority of testing institutions.
