Challenges and Responses in Intelligent Food Safety Supervision

Abstract： In today's world，digital technology is booming，and scientific and technological innovation has brought new impetus to the field of food safety supervision.The introductionof intelligent supervision technology is not only a technological innovation，but also a fundamental change in the concept and practice mode of food safety management.However，the application of artificial intelligence and bigdata technology has also brought new challenges to food safety information supervision.Based on this，this paper puts forward corresponding solutions to the challenges and difficulties faced by intelligent supervision to ensure people's food safety.
