The Influencing Factors and Improvement Path of Food Safety Inspection and Testing Quality

Abstract: The quality of food safety inspection and testing is directly related to public health, industry development,and social stability.This articlesystematicallanalyzes the key factors that affectthequalityoftesting, covering limitations in technical methods,equipment and environmental control levels,profesional competence of personnel,and effectiveness of management systems.Based on this,a multi-dimensional improvement path is proposed,including strengthening theresearchand development of detection technologyand intellgent application, optimizing equipment management and environmental control, strengthening personnel training and quality management system construction, in order to comprehensively enhance food safety inspection and detection capabilities,build asolid food safetydefense line,and provide solid guarantees for public health,industrial upgrading, and social trust.
