Quality Control Measures for the Detection of Microorganisms in Drinking Water

Abstract: Microbial detection technology is the basic means to ensure public health.This study establishes a quality supervision framework covering the whole process,systematically integrates the basic work such as the formulation ofsample collectionspecifications,the strengthening ofthe skills of testing personnel,and the periodic calibration of instruments,and simultaneouslydeepens thequality control requirements of key links such as testing methodology verification,standardized operation procedures implementation,and data cross-validation,which provides a generalizable technical paradigm for improving the drinking water safety supervision mechanism,and has practical guiding significance for the efficiency upgrade of China's water quality monitoring network.
