Abstract: With the continuous expansion of the health food market, the phenomenon of illgal addition of chemical drugs frequently ocurs,seriously endangering consumer health and restricting thesustainable development ofthe industry.This article systematically elaborates on thecharacteristics of detection technologies such as liquid chromatography tandem massspectrometry,gas chromatography-mass spectrometry,thin-layer chromatography,and immunoassayas wellas their applicabilityinthe detectionof illegal aditives of diferent properties.Itfocuses on exploring the specific applicationsof these detection technologies in the production,circulation,and consumption of health food, providing important technical support for improving the food safety governance system and enhancing product qualityand safety.It has important practical guidance significance for regulating the order ofthe healthfood market and protecting consumer rights.
