Determination of Five Pesticide Residues in Plant Oil by QuEChERS-HPLC-MS/MSMethod

Abstract: This article establishes a detection method for the determination offive pesticide residues in plant oil,namely pentachlorophenol,acaricide,mycophenolate,glyphosate,and cypermethrin,by using QuEChERS pretreatment technology and combining it with high performance liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry (HPLC-MS/MS).The sample was extracted with acetonitrile and subjected to successive treatment steps such as water removal and purification.HPLC-MS/MS was used for determination.The results showed that the five compounds had a good linear relationship between 2ng?mL-1 to 50ng?mL-1 ,with correlation coefficients all greater than 0.99. Three levels of concentrations were added to different types of vegetable oils for validation experiments,with a average recovery rate of 68.4% to 85.5% and a relative standard deviation of 2.1% to 7.0% .The validation results of this method met the standard requirements and are suitable for quantitative analysis offive pesticide residues in vegetable oils,namely pentachlorophenol,acaricinolol,mycophenolate mofetil, glyphosate,and glyphosate.
