Survey on the Hygiene Status of Tableware in Anqiu City in 2024

Abstract: Objective: To investigate the microbial status of tableware in Anqiu cityand provide data support for targeted supervision by the government.Method: Random sampling ofthe microbial status of chopsticks,bowls and plates used incatering units inAnqiucityin 2024 was carredout.Result: Atotal of240 tableware were tested, with a qualified rate of 80.83% . Among them, the detection rate of coliform bacteria was 17.92% ,which was the main problem microorganism. The unqualified rate of snack stalls was 29.07% ,which was the place with the most serious problem; the unqualified rate of bowls was 20.63% ,which was the main problem tableware; the unqualified rate in the third quarter was 23.46% ,which was the most prominent period of the problem. Obvious spatial aggregation phenomena appeared in Dawenhe Tourism Development Zone, Xing'an street and other places. Conclusion: There is a“place-tableware-time and space”aggregation phenomenon in tableware in Anqiu city. It is recommended to carry outtargeted supervision on key areas ofsnack stals and small restaurants,and strengthen sterilization trainingand guidance.
