Research on Food Safety of Online Food Ordering in

Abstract: With the vigorous development of the “Internet + catering” industry, the traditional food safety supervision model has gradually revealed its drawbacks,and it is difficult to meet the regulatory needs of the industry.How to effectively supervise the food safety of onlinecatering has become an urgent problem to be solved in government administration. Based on the“Special Rectification Action for Food Safety of Online Catering”in district, city,Shanxi province,this paper explores and analyzes the problems and causes of food safety supervision ofonline catering,and puts forward suggestions foroptimizing the regulatory path in combination with the theory of information asymmetry and holistic governance.
