Analysis of Common Nutritional Deficiencies Among Students and Dietary Intervention Strategies

Abstract: Student life is acritical stage of growth and development,and nutritional status is crucial for their physicaland mental health.However, there are Various nutritional deficiencies in the current student populationthat affect their normal growth and development. Based on this,this article summarizes common nutritional deficiencies among students,such as vitamin and mineral deficiencies,as wellas insuffcient protein intake,and explores indepth the causes of these problems.At the same time,targeted and scientifically reasonable dietary intervention strategies have been proposed,aiming to provide theoretical basis and practical guidance for improving students’ nutritional status and promoting their healthy growth.
