Rapid Detection Methods for Sulfur Dioxide Residues in Foods

Abstract: This study systematically reviewed the rapid detection techniques of sulfur dioxide residues in food, focusing on the principle and key influencing factors of common detection techniques such as colorimetry, electrochemical sensor and strip method. It is found that there are many shortcomings in the rapid detection method of sulfur dioxide residue in food. Based on this,the paper proposes solutions to improve sensitivity and antiinterference abilityand build standardized testing process,inorder to provide adual path of technical optimization and institutional innovation for food safety risk prevention and control.
