Abstract: The quality control of food production and processng is directly related to the safety, nutrition and market competitiveness of the final product. With the upgrading of consumer demand and stricter regulatory requirements,the construction of a systematic and scientific quality control system has become an inevitable requirement for the sustainable development of the food industry. This article focuses on the production and processing processanalyzes the practical significance of qualitycontrol,and proposes strategies such as supplier admission and dynamic evaluation mechanism,real-time monitoring of key parameters in the production process, workshop hygiene grading controland cleaning verification, in order to provide theoretical support for improving the industry management mechanism and strengthening the risk response ability.
