Risk Points and Prevention and Control Measures for Fumigation Operations in the Grain Industry

Abstract: Grain fumigation is an important means to ensure the safety of grain storage and prevent and control pests,but there are many risk points in the processof fumigation operation, which may have a serious impact on personel safety, environment and food quality.This paper deeply analyzes the risk points of allaspects offumigation operations inthe grain industry,including the selection and storage offumigation agents,theuse and maintenanceof fumigationequipment, the implementation offumigation operations,and the treatment of dispersed gas and residues after fumigation,and proposes comprehensive and specific prevention and control measures for these risk points, aiming to provide theoretical support and practical guidance forthe safe and effcient fumigation operations of the grain industry,reduce the risks of fumigation operations,and ensure the stable development of the food ndustry.
