Abstract: Food safety control of agricultural products is a key link in ensuring public health, maintaining social stability, and promoting sustainable agricultural development. However, the safety risks of agricultural products caused by excessve heavy metals are becoming increasingly prominent, not only hindering crop growth, but also potentially threatening consumer health through food chain enrichment. This study systematically analyzed the main sources of heavy metal exceedance in agricultural products, including agricultural activity pollution, industrial pollution, environmental polution, andother factors.Based on this,a food safety control path foragricultural products based on heavy metal exceedance was proposed. By strengthening pollution source control, improving monitoring and early warning systems, strict market access mechanisms, and other measures,a multidimensional collaborative governance framework was constructed to provide theoretical support and practical reference for improvng the quality and safety level of agricultural products and promoting the development of green agriculture.
