Application Problems and Improvement Suggestions of Biological Detection Technology in Food Detection

Abstract: This article systematically reviews the current application status of biological detection technology in the detection offood microorganisms,pesticide and veterinary drug residues,and additives. It deeply analyzes the main problems that currentlyexist,including high detectioncosts,insufficient personnelcapabilities,andobvious environmental interference. It also proposes improvement suggestions such as strengthening technology research and development,optimizing talent training mechanisms,and standardizing detection processs,inorder to provide theoretical references for improving food detection efficiency and accuracy.
