The current secondary vocational physical education curriculum stillfaces problems such as a single teaching mode， lowstudent participation，dulltheoreticalcourses，and lackof interest in practical courses.Thisarticleanalyzes the positive significance of micro course teaching in the reform of secondary vocational physical education curiculum. This paper proposes practical strategies for micro course teaching from the aspects of micro course resource design and development，classroom teaching integrationand application，flipped classroom practice，personalized learning support，and teaching evaluation feedback，aiming to provide reference for the reform of secondary vocational physical education curriculum teaching.
