Shanxi Institute of Mechanical& Electrical Engineering，Changzhi， Shanxi Province，O46ooo China [Abstract] The teachingofhighervocational publicphysicaleducationbasketballis faced with practical dificulties such aslimited classtime，lowefiencyofskillmastery，and insuffientteaching innovation.Theblended learningmode integrates thecharacteristicsof temporaland spatial extension，resource complementarity，and interactivemultidimensionality，andconstructsathreedimensional teaching structurecoveringtheoreticalcognition，skillpractice，and literacycultivation.Based on the formation lawofbasketballskils，a hierarchical teaching design mechanismand a process evaluation system are established to form a collaborative path of online and ofline teaching elements，promote the scientific teaching decision-makingof teachersand thedevelopmentofstudents'autonomous learningability，and promote the improvement of the quality of professional physical education.
