Optimization of Physical Education Teaching Mode in Higher Vocational Education Based on Occupational Physical Fitness Requirements

Changzhou Early Childhood Education College,Changzhou, Jiangsu Province,213ooo China [Abstract] Withindustrialupgradingandrefinedoccupational divisionoflabor,diferentocupational haveputforward diferentiatedrequirementsonpractitioners'physical fitnes.The"onesizefitsall modelused intraditionaloccupational physical education teaching can no longer meet practical needs.Through analyzing occupational physical fitness characteristics ofoccupational groups such as manufacturing,service,and information technology,itcanbe found that the current teaching modes lack ocupational specificity in terms of goal seting,content seting, method application, and evaluation mechanisms. Optimization of teaching mode based on ocupational physical fitnes requirements needs to construct diferentiated goal systems,reconstructspecializedcourse content,innovate vocational situational teaching methods,and improve diversified evaluation mechanisms to precisely align with industrial requirements and enhance students' vocational competence.
