DepartmentofPhysical Education，Taiyuan InstituteofTechnology，Taiuan，Shanxi Province，O3ooo8 China [Abstract] Shanxi'ssports intangibleculturalheritage （ICH）presentsaspatial clustering featureof"onecoreandthree belts" pattrn，butits inheritanceecologyfaces systemicchallenges： manifested intheserious problemofintergenerational discontinuityamong inheritors;unbalanced between policyand funding guarantee system structure; lack of social cognition and communication ecology.Its activation path should revolve around the dual goals of active inheritance and innovative development.Intermsofactive inheritance，it is necesarytoactivateendogenous motivationthrough restructuringthetalentpool，itegratingitintothenational educationsystem，andfosteringagoodsocialatmosphere; In terms of innovativedevelopment，itis necessarytoexpand external value throughdeepening industrial integration， making good useof digital technology，and improving security systems.Itshould abandon the fragmented approach to protection，adhere to the equal emphasis on "consolidating the foundation" and "opening up new horizons"，and promote the transformation of Shanxi Province's intangible cultural heritage of sports from static historical memory to a contemporary living culture that can be participated inand shared，thereby revitalizing it with new vitality.
